What exactly does it do?

Space Odyssey shows a journey where you can take capacity tests to get personalized alternatives for space experiences, you can see comprehensive information about destinations based on the results of your tests, you can personalize your itinerary with control and security, you can make your purchase with the details of the costs that you would be incurring and get your desired purchase confirmation.

How does it work?

In this journey, when you start your planning, you must indicate your age, your flight experience and take your VR vision and physical tests. Once the alternatives appear you can see the destinations live, listen their sounds and select one of them. All tourist activities will be displayed, where you will see sneak peaks of other people's experiences. You will be able to select your ship, your spacesuit and view the cost of your previous choices (flight to the destination and itinerary activities). Finally you will be able to know contact information, takeoff location and when your dream comes true begins.

What benefits does it have?

First, there are learnings throughout the journey, by seeing educational information ad-hoc at the purchase stage.
Second, the prices are commercial, since this space tourism office offers experiences for high demand.
Third, information on financing and payment options for STEM professionals is provided.

What do you hope to achieve?

SDG4: This objective seeks access to quality education, which we provide in relation to STEM, since even if someone does not make a purchase, just by consulting, they will learn. Scientific curiosity is encouraged and education in astronomy and space sciences is promoted, with information supported by NASA.
SDG9: This objective emphasizes technological advances, research and innovation, with which we would open a greater employment field for STEM professionals, to be part of NASA.
Finally knowing that, as Carl Sagan said, “Somewhere, something incredible is waiting to be known.”, we will connect people with the science behind space exploration with security guaranteed by NASA.
